| Shipping Policy
Our Warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand operates dispatch services Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 3:00pm. While we aim for same-day shipment, please anticipate up to 48 hours for order processing before dispatch.
| New Zealand Shipping
- We offer free local delivery (within New Zealand) for orders over NZD 79.
- Orders under NZD 79 will incur a flat shipping fee of NZD 4.80 for urban delivery and $8.80 for rural addresses.
- All orders within New Zealand are sent through Courier Post without signature required.
- PO Box delivery is not available.
- Dispatch can take up to 7 days from the date the order is placed.
- All postage is in NZD unless otherwise stated.
| International Shipping
Shipping charges depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the purchased items, with the total cost calculated during checkout. International orders are trackable and typically delivered within 7-14 working days. Following dispatch, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details. - Australia
– Shipments of honey must adhere to a 10kg weight limit; any packages surpassing this restriction will be turned away and discarded, with expenses borne by the buyer. VAT charges may also apply to shipments.
– Australian orders exceeding $999.99 may be subject to international duties and customs charges.
- China
For personal use, the combined value of items in a shipment must not exceed CNY1000. Single items valued over CNY1000 can still be purchased. China customs evaluate “personal use” on a case-by-case basis, thus we recommend contacting customs for inquiries. Exceeding this limit will result in rejection and disposal of items, with costs borne by the buyer. VAT charges may also apply to shipments.
- Hong Kong
Random inspection by Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department may delay shipments.
- Japan
Honey shipments must not exceed 10kg and should not be intended for resale. Exceeding this limit will result in rejection and disposal of the shipment, with expenses borne by the buyer. Shipments may also be subject to VAT charges.
- Singapore
Honey shipments must not exceed 5kg and should not be intended for resale. Exceeding this limit will result in rejection and disposal of the shipment, with expenses borne by the buyer. Shipments may also be subject to VAT charges.
- Italy
Honey shipments must not exceed 2kg and should not be intended for resale. Exceeding this limit will result in rejection and disposal of the shipment, with expenses borne by the buyer. Shipments may also be subject to VAT charges.
- Germany
Honey shipments must not exceed 2kg and should not be intended for resale. Exceeding this limit will result in rejection and disposal of the shipment, with expenses borne by the buyer. Shipments may also be subject to VAT charges.
- Taiwan
Honey shipments must not exceed 1kg and should not be intended for resale. Exceeding this limit will result in rejection and disposal of the shipment, with expenses borne by the buyer. Shipments may also be subject to VAT charges.
- United Arab Emirates
2-3 jars of honey are permitted. The consignee needs to provide a valid Emirates ID copy (EID) or Passport (PP) copy with UAE Residence via page. Anything exceeding this will be rejected and destroyed at the cost of the buyer. Shipments may be subject to VAT.
※Please be aware that international orders may incur duties and taxes in accordance with the customs regulations of the receiving country. DHL, along with other international carriers, is obligated to comply with local customs laws. Should your order be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees, you will be contacted directly to settle these charges before DHL can proceed with the delivery release. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover these charges, and Manuka Science will not assume payment for them.
